Ajeet Kalsi says that, whilst he has worked for some leading brands in India in quality assessment and assurance, since he completed his Master’s Degree last year in Leeds in accounting and business management, it was difficult to get the opportunity to start out on the career ladder. “I began in guarding in March 2024,”explains Ajeet, “I enjoy the security industry and I am most excited to be taking on different challenges in my new role as a controller.” Ajeet will be responsible for booking on and booking off, responding to alarm calls, responding to officer queries and escalating issues wherever necessary.

“I enjoy communicating with people and believe that listening carefully, being open and honest and doing my very best to support and resolve any concerns is so important. I want to continually better myself, viewing everything that happens as an opportunity to learn.”
